Our Very First Wedding Photography – Dominique & Kilan September 27th

Almost years ago, we photographed our very first official wedding of Dominique & Kilan at at Victorian style home – The Woman’s Club of Norfolk in the Historic Ghent District of Norfolk. We photographed the wedding in a photo-journalistic style with the emphasis of Dominique and Kilan’s request to capture every moment in a creative way.

All through out the evening Crystal and I aimed for perfection with every shot, while presented with all the ‘newbie’ wedding photography challenges such as little space to move, lack of lighting, and just the fact that it was our very first wedding we covered.

Overall the wedding day went by so fast and we definitely worked ourselves off resulting in a complete, creative, wedding coverage shown in the slideshow above. We can’t thank Dominique and Kilan enough for having faith in us and trusting us to do them justice with every single photo they received.
