Not only do we do adult actor headshots, we also photograph children actor headshots.  Below is a photo we took of child actor Genki.

Genki is a local child actor that has appeared in various plays in the Norfolk, VA area.

This year I’ve got another project rolling out, pretty much I want to focus on FACES!  Its going to be an ongoing project that I’ll be updating once in a while, trying to capture people with interesting facial expression from neutral to the over-the-top.

So I’m debuting this particular series with a good friend – actor Justin Tully.  I first thought of doing this particular series about a year ago and it was actually right after we first shot with Justin that I thought he’d be the right person to start it off with.

Lately we have been revisiting our photo catalogs and stumbled upon a photo of Maria that we had not selected to edit at the time and decided to work our magic on it.

Above is the result of the photo Crystal edited and we hope you like it.  We titled it ‘Goodbye Summer’.  To us it looks like an advertisement you would see in a magazine for a hair or skin product, but overall we love the effect given to the photo and we think it looks awesome.

Several weeks ago we photographed Chelsea and Brad with their pet Sophie for their holiday portraits.

They were going to use the photos for their Christmas cards this season to send out to family and friends.  Brad will also be deploying to Iraq and Chelsea wanted to get new photos done. This first photo has Chelsea and Brad with their pet Sophie.

We recently photographed Miho and her family at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens off of Shore Drive in Norfolk, VA.

We photographed them during noon within the surroundings of the Hermitage home were lush flower gardens and trails were easily accessible.  The Hermitage provides a great backdrop with its lush well-kept gardens and greenery for any kind of photography.

Just this past Saturday we photographed the Larkins Family for their holiday and family portrait session.  The last time we photographed them was a few months ago when they had their newborn Tristan.

We photographed them covering different looks and outfits, starting with their family holiday portraits, then photographing baby Tristan with his Santa hat on, and then finishing the session with a few couple portraits of Emily and Justin.
