Yesterday while working at my office, a co-worker of mine who got off from work called my cellphone letting me know that the building was on fire!

I didn’t know what to think so I thought he was pranking, until I walked outside and saw the smoke billowing from the rear of the office building.

This past Sunday we worked on rolling shots with Eric and his Yamaha R6, today we decided to include his 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS and found a great lot to do it in.

This is our first attempt to do car shoot at night while using the Virginia Beach towers as our backdrop.  We shot late late at night in this cold weather, but it didn’t matter since we got the shots we were wanting to get.

I’ve always wanted to try out some kind of action shot that dealt with moving vehicles.  Today, I got my chance by having two of my great friends to drive down here to Virginia Beach with his Yamaha R6 bike and do some rolling shots.  The plan: to shoot Eric on his bike while riding along the street and get some nice motion shots  while testing out the Canon 24-70L and 10-22 lens.

We had two vehicles working on this particular shoot, acting as the chase vehicle and platform was his Mitsubishi Lancer driven by his wife Christina with Crystal and I as her passenger-photographers, and Eric driving his R6 bike shadowing us on the road.
